This privacy policy describes how Padel Score Pro (“the app”), built by Patito, handles information when you use it. We’ve tried to write this in plain language. If anything is unclear, email fauzan27dp@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Padel Score Pro collects the following data:

  • Purchase and subscription information, including product, transaction, entitlement, renewal, and expiration details.
  • An anonymous app user identifier generated by RevenueCat. Padel Score Pro does not require an account and does not send your name or email address to RevenueCat.
  • Limited technical information used to provide subscription access, such as device type, operating system, app version, and the last time the app contacted RevenueCat.

How we use information

Information handled by the app is used solely to provide and maintain the features described on the app page. Your data is not sold or rented, and it is not shared with advertisers or used for cross-app tracking.

Third-party services

Padel Score Pro relies on the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy that governs the data they handle.

  • Apple App Store — Distributes the app, processes payments, and may provide crash reports and aggregate install analytics. Apple handles your Apple Account and payment details. (policy)
  • RevenueCat — Validates App Store transactions and manages subscription status and access to premium features using an anonymous app user identifier. (policy)

Data retention

Data stored on your device remains there until you delete it or uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app removes its locally-stored data from your device. Information processed by a third-party service is retained according to that service’s policy and as needed to provide the app, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Children’s privacy

Padel Score Pro is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, or to receive a portable copy of it. To make a request, contact us using the email below. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.

Match data

Match history, scores, team names, and player names are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to the developer, RevenueCat, or advertising services. You control this data and can remove it by deleting it in the app or uninstalling the app.

Subscriptions and payment information

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive or store your full payment card, bank account, or Apple Account credentials. RevenueCat receives an App Store transaction receipt and related purchase information so it can validate purchases, restore access, and keep subscription entitlements current.

International processing and deletion requests

RevenueCat processes subscription information on the developer’s behalf and may store it in the United States. To request access to or deletion of subscription information associated with Padel Score Pro, contact us at the email below. We may need the anonymous RevenueCat app user identifier to locate the correct record.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
